Born and raised in the Dayton area, Conner Lash is a proud product of Centerville High School and a Wright State University alumnus. As a former Raider golfer, Conner competed at the collegiate level before taking his passion for the game to the professional circuit, where he spent several years caddying—primarily on the LPGA Tour.
When the COVID-19 pandemic paused the professional golf world, Conner shifted his focus to coaching. He began by volunteering under former Wright State coach and current Xavier University head coach Brian Arlinghaus. In the fall of 2021, Conner was named Head Coach of Wright State Men’s Golf.
Now entering his fifth season at the helm, Conner has led the program to remarkable success. His teams have earned 19 team victories and 21 individual titles, while producing 14 Horizon League All-League selections, 4 Horizon League Golfers of the Year, 2 Freshmen of the Year, and 2 PING All-Region players. Conner himself has been named Horizon League Coach of the Year three times.
Through his camps and coaching, Conner brings a high-level, player-focused approach built on experience, mentorship, and a relentless competitive edge—shaped by years both on the course and inside the ropes at the highest levels of the game.
